At Bedale & Aiskew Runners we are keen to encourage people to start running and to develop their running ability with the club.
We know each person has their own goals and their own reasons for running. Some people enjoy socializing whilst keeping physically and mentally healthy, others are motivated by race competitions, some want to manage weight, and some to better themselves.
Whatever makes you want to take part, we will try to support you, and one of the ways in which we do that is by offering programs led by our licensed coaches.
There is currently a Couch to 5K program we run:
- Couch to 5k (“C25K”) – following our fantastically successful series of programs we are now running these programs regularly. It is a perfect program for people who have never run before or who are very nervous about starting, or those returning to running after an injury or extended period without running.
