Redmire Social Run & Lanzarote Ironman

Bedale and Aiskew Runners (BAR) club members organised a social club run, getting the Wensleydale Railway up to Redmire then running an 18 mile trail route home to Bedale via Leyburn, Cover Bridge, Finghall, and Newton-le-Willows. In cool conditions with a slight breeze excellent for running in, 18 members took a steady run with regular meeting places to refuel en-route arriving back with tired legs to food and celebrations.
