Spring Couch to 5k program – registration open!

Following our very successful Couch to 5k program last year, we are delighted to be offering it again starting on the 20th March. The course lasts for approximately nine weeks and is suitable for complete beginners and those returning from injury.

If you or someone you know would like to take part, please go to the registration page here: Couch to 5k Registration, read it carefully, and then submit the registration!

Places will be limited and offered on a first-come first-served basis.
