We are excited to offer this new program designed for beginner and intermediate runners who can already run 5k. It is ideal for people who want to:
- Increase their distance to 10k;
- Improve their 10k performance; or
- Transition to running from another sport.
The program runs from 12th January to 20th April and includes amongst other things: 1-1 assessment and planning with a licensed coach, advice on running skills, nutrition, event psychology, and the opportunity to try new techniques, diet and products to help find what works for you.
It is open to existing club members (£17.50) and non-members (£27.50), and your 5k time should be between 20 minutes and 35 minutes.
The program is not designed for advanced or elite athletes, or for athletes who are participating in another coaching program at the same time.
