Club long distance runners Julie Giblin and Kim Taylor-Maskell ran in the solo women category along with 86 others. Pacing themselves well and keeping each other motivated, they both completed ten laps of the course, a total of 50 miles, in a running time of 14 hours 41 minutes, and 45th position overall.
