6th June – Wednesday night club run

In addition to our normal distance runs tomorrow night (6th June), James will be offering an option to do some hill reps at Burrill Bank, as part of an overall 5 mile run.

This is a great opportunity to build up stamina and strength. James will be offering further alternative training on a selection of Wednesday nights. More information on this is to follow.
