Stockton Summer Tees 5K Trail Race

Training

Club runs are every Wednesday at 18:30, meeting at Bedale Sports Club (BASA). All are welcome!

Pete’s interval training takes place on Mondays at 18:30, meeting at Bedale train station.

Beginners (couch to 5k) and intermediate (10k) programs are offered from time-to-time – for more information, see coaching and programs.

Walking Group

If you prefer, the club also has a speed walking group which meets on a Wednesday night at the same time as the runners
