Bedale and  Aiskew Runners were formed in 2007 and have progressed to be a major part of Bedale Sports Club (BSC). We have indoor facilities, in which to meet and socialise afterwards, at the BSC sports ground, which is on the Leyburn Road just outside the town’s boundary.
The club meets every Wednesday at 6:30pm for a general group run, and a flourishing speed walking section. There are more specialist running activities on a Monday at 6:30pm. Runners of all abilities are welcome from 18 upwards. No one will be left behind.
Membership is at present £25, which includes individual affiliation to England Athletics and BSC.
Road running, cross country and fell running are the activities with club members taking part in a wide variety of races.
